In its most recent form, Kitchen Table Talks is a service that supports families and people of the community, that need a safe space to come together, to talk, to listen, and to be empowered.

It was first established in 2017 in it’s original form which was to support young girls around the pressures of social media and societal issues. Then from 2019, it was established as a service to support parents of young people within the youth justice system, using the same methodology as when it was originally established.

Within the last 3 years, we have served in excess of over 1000 parents who have had young people involved in the youth justice space.
